Schedule Availability (Main Trainings)

Specific Strength: Training focused on improving functional strength applied to soccer: sprinting, jumping, collision, and change of direction.
Individual performance optimization: training tailored to each player's profile to perfect their technique and decision-making.
Group performance optimization: sessions in small groups (maximum 5 players) that combine technique and decision-making for application in real-life game situations.
Autonomous Strength: Sessions planned by our fitness trainer for experienced players, conducted independently at the 360 facilities.
